Claudine Barretto Facebook Live allegations dominated social media discussions after the actress went live on Saturday, January 24, raising alarming claims against her longtime personal assistant and expressing grave concerns over the safety of her children. The emotional broadcast quickly went viral, drawing intense reactions from fans and netizens nationwide.

During the live broadcast, Barretto accused her personal assistant, whom she identified only as “Marisol,” of taking her children—Sabina, Santino, and Quia without her consent. According to the actress, her children were still with the assistant at the time of the livestream and had not yet been returned to her residence in Katina, Quezon City.

Barretto said she gave the assistant a 15-minute ultimatum to bring her children home, warning that authorities would be involved if they were not returned immediately. She emphasized that the situation was not meant to be taken lightly and insisted that law enforcement agencies were already on standby.

“This is not a joke. This is very serious,” Barretto stressed during the livestream, visibly distressed as she addressed her assistant directly. She claimed that officials from the National Bureau of Investigation (FBI) were already waiting for the children’s return.

The actress also alleged that there was an unidentified individual orchestrating the situation behind the scenes—someone she claimed harbored ill intentions toward her. While she did not name the person, Barrett suggested that the alleged actions were motivated by personal resentment and unresolved conflicts.

In addition to these claims, Barretto accused certain fans and supporters of conspiring with the personal assistant. She alleged that her name and the names of her children were being used without permission for alleged slander and extortion, although she did not provide specific details regarding these accusations.

Barretto expressed disappointment over what she described as a betrayal of trust, saying that her privacy had been repeatedly violated. She further claimed that some individuals involved had instilled fear among her supporters, despite allegedly having no real authority or power over her.

The actress also issued strong warnings, stating that she would pursue legal action under the Violence Against Women and Their Children (VAC) law. She reiterated that her priority was the safety and well-being of her children and vowed to take all necessary steps to protect them.

Following the livestream, Barretto shared another post on social media that included a screenshot allegedly from her daughter Sabina. The message appeared to appeal directly to the assistant, urging her to surrender to authorities and questioning why she would allegedly put the children in danger.

Barretto reacted strongly to the post, reiterating her warning that any harm done to her children would have severe consequences. She emphasized her role as a mother and underscored that involving her children was, in her words, an unforgivable mistake.

Adding to the controversy, Barretto later posted a notarized promissory note that she claimed was signed by the assistant in 2023. The document allegedly detailed an unpaid debt amounting to ₱5 million, to be settled in two installments. Barretto implied that this financial dispute may have contributed to the ongoing conflict.

As of writing, the personal assistant and other individuals mentioned in Barretto’s statements have not issued any public response. Authorities have also yet to release an official statement regarding the matter.
