Matteo Guidicelli and Sarah Geronimo Mark One Year of Marriage. Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli marked on Saturday, February 20, their first wedding anniversary.
A year after they got married, the two remain happily, living the best moments of their lives.
Filipino- Italian actor Guidicelli posted on Instagram a photo of their “family,” and thanked Sarah for being his source of happiness.

“Love, Happy 1st year anniversary!! Look at our family!” Guidicelli began,
“Thank you for bringing joy in our home, you are the reason why I smile when we wake up.”
“You continue to inspire me everyday and I just love celebrating life with you.” He continued
“So proud of you my love! I love you forever,” he ended his dedication message, tagging Sarah and using the hashtags #proudhusband and #blessed.
The couple, who have been together since 2014, got secretly tied the knot on February 20, 2020, at Victory Church in Bonifacio Global City, a private and Christian ceremony attended by Matteo’s family and select friends. They had a small reception at the Shangri-La at the Fort Hotel in Taguig City.
The celebration was stained with controversy that leads to being a headline after Sarah’s mom Divine supposedly showed up and made a scene and Guidicelli allegedly punching Sarah’s bodyguard Jerry Tamara.
Settlements were made days later, with the bodyguard accepting PHP200,000 from VIVA, the management company in charge of the couple’s career.
For his part, Guidicelli spoke briefly about the incident in an Instagram post uploaded six days after the wedding. He said that he “never ‘punched’ anyone” and chose to focus on the celebration that happened that day.
Afterward, Sarah and Matteo quietly began their married life. Both Sarah and Matteo have been busy with their respective projects. Matteo currently hosts the reality search Born to Be A Star on TV5 while Sarah is busy promoting and preparing for Tala, her virtual concert, which will stream on March 27 via KTX.ph.
