MISS PHILIPPINES UNIVERSE RABIYA MATEO AND THE MARKS OF HER HARD WORK IN TRAINING

Written by RB Jane

Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo and the marks of her hard work in her training pay off. Rabiya is oozing in hot and spies with a sculpted body and structured to perfection because of her training.

Here are Rabiyas answers that win the Filipinos’ hearts during the Binibining Pilipinas pageant that she won the crown to represent the Philippines in the 69th Miss Universe.

“If you can create a new paper currency with the image of any Filipino on it, dead or alive, who would it be and why?” She responded:

“If I were given the chance, I want to use the face of Miriam Defensor-Santiago. For those who don’t know, she was an Ilongga. But what I admired about her is that she used her knowledge, her voice to serve the country. I want to be somebody like her – somebody who puts her heart, her passion into action. After all, she is the best President that we never had.”

“This pandemic has made clear our priorities, essential or non-essential. Where do pageants stand in this time of crisis?”

“As a candidate, I know I am not just a face of Iloilo City but I am here carrying hope and as a symbol of light in the darkest of times. As of the moment, I want to help my community. I want to use my strength to make an impact. And that is the essence of beauty pageant. It gives us the power to make a difference.”

Set to be held at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on May 16, 2021, the 69th Miss Universe is a moment of celebration, not just empowering women but of waving the banner of nearly one hundred countries unto unity.

The Official Facebook page of Miss Universe Philippines posted Mateo’s swimsuit photo-shoot saying.

“Only two months to go, universe! Here’s a splash to set your summer on fire.”

Aces and Queens Instagram account posted the same picture of Rabiya, captioned:
