Mary Jean Lastimosa, the 2nd runner-up in Binibining Pilipinas 2011, finally won the Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2013 title after joining the pageant three times. MJ competed in Miss Universe 2013 and did make it to the final top 10 of the competition.
