DND CANCELED THEIR AGREEMENT WITH UP! AGOT ISIDRO, OPPOSED! ‘ANG UP AY AMIN! UMALIS KAYO!’

Some celebrities expressed their disagreement with the decision of the Department of National Defense (DND) to revocation the agreement between them and the University of the Philippines. One of them is Agot Isidro who opposed the unilateral termination of DND in the 1989 agreement with UP that prohibited the military and police to enter the campus without permission.
Based on the letter sent by Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana to UP President Danilo Concepcion that some students in the said university allegedly identified as a member of the Communist Party of the Philippines/New People’s Army (CPP/NPA) and the said agreement only became barriers to do the operation against the communist rebels.
Many opposed the said one-sided termination and because of this, military and police can able to enter the campus to do the operation anytime.
Agot Isidro then expressed her opinion over this matter on her Twitter account.
In one of her tweets, the UP graduate reposted the screenshot of the letter of DND Sec. Lorenza to UP President Concepcion. She put three pouting face emojis alongside the caption that said,
“Keep off U.P.”
She wrote on the other tweet,
“This is our U.P. Stay off our grounds.”
However, there are many netizens who once again backlashed Agot for her tweet.
