Written by RB Jane

Tupi is located in South Cotabato in the Philippines. This place is known for its blooming beauty. Yes! You read it right!

Not all places that are part of the Cotabato Provinces are not safe to travel; in fact, the declaration of martial law in the whole Island of Mindanao busters the security and safety of the public because of the visibility and authority given to our men in uniforms.
