McDonald’s announced today its new collaboration with 21st-century global pop icons, BTS.

Isn’t that thrilling? This could be a way to make your fantasies of dining with RM, Jungkook, Jimin, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, and V a reality.

Customers will be able to experience the band’s signature order at participating restaurants nationwide beginning June 18, 2021, as part of this one-of-a-kind menu “tour.”

It includes 10 pieces of Chicken McNuggets, medium-sized fries, medium soda, and dipping sauces (sweet chili and cajun) inspired by McDonald’s recipes in South Korea.

“The band has great memories with McDonald’s. We’re excited about this collaboration and can’t wait to share the BTS Meal with the world,” BigHit Music, BTS’ management, said in a statement.

According to McDonald’s, it’s the first time they’ve made the celebrity signature orders program available globally. The “BTS Meal” will be available on different dates across the world.

Around 50 markets around the world will sell the meal. The BTS Meal will be available in Canada, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Bulgaria, and Mexico and the Philippines, and the United States.

“No matter who you are, everyone has a go-to order at McDonald’s – even international superstars like BTS,” said Oliver Rabatan, McDonald’s Philippines Marketing & Channels Head. “This band is truly a global phenomenon with a fanbase that knows no borders, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring the BTS Meal to our customers in the Philippines starting June.”

McDonald’s ‘BTS Meal’ to hit the Philippines starting June 18. The Philippines master franchise holder, Dr. George T. Yang, opened the fast-food chain’s first store in Morayta, Manila, in 1981. Since then, the brand in the Philippines has been a solid and relevant player in the country’s quick-service restaurant industry, having grown a store network of over 655 across the country.
