PAL flight changes will affect 182 domestic and international flight numbers from November 14 to 18, 2026, as Philippine Airlines adjusts its operations ahead of the 49th ASEAN Summit in Manila. The changes include cancelled and rescheduled services, affecting passengers traveling between Manila and several destinations across the Philippines, as well as selected international routes.

The flight adjustments will affect passengers traveling between Manila and several destinations across the country, including Davao, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga, Bacolod and Iloilo. Some international services will also be affected.

In an advisory issued on October 30, PAL said the changes were made in anticipation of increased airport activity due to the arrival of foreign delegates attending the regional meetings from November 16 to 18.

Passengers with confirmed bookings during the affected dates are advised to check their flight status and monitor notifications from the airline before heading to the airport.

Why PAL Is Adjusting Its Flights

The Philippines will host the 49th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits in Metro Manila from November 16 to 18, bringing together regional leaders, government officials and international delegates.

The arrival and departure of summit participants are expected to increase airport movements and require additional security and operational arrangements.

According to PAL, several domestic and international flights operating to and from Manila between November 14 and 18 have been cancelled or rescheduled to accommodate these arrangements.

The airline is coordinating with the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB), the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), airport operators and other government agencies to minimize disruptions.

PAL advises passengers to:

Passengers who have not received a cancellation or rescheduling notification should still check their flight status, as airline schedules may change.
